You have 15 days to return your order, in its original packaging, unworn and inside another carton box.
We ship via Colissimo and will send you a tracking number after your purchase has been shipped.
For our international customers (outside of Europe) please always add your phone number when you order a pair and please try to avoid DHL, FEDEX or private forwarder for returns (additional taxes could be requested) and use regular mail with a tracking number for your returns.
All pairs will be exchanged or refunded after we receive them and check them at our warehouse. We only accept returns purchased on Good Guys E-shop (goodguys.bigcartel.com) We will charge 10€ if a pair is returned with a damaged or missing canvas shoe-bag or box.
Final sales cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Sales are not refundable but can be exchanged.
