- You have 15 days to return your order, in its original packaging, unworn and inside another carton box.
- We will ship all exchanges for free BUT we are not paying for the returns
- We will ship the exchanges or make the refunds as soon as we receive and check the pair back to our warehouse
- We only make exchanges or refunds on orders purchased on our E-shop at goodguys.bigcartel.com
- Final sales cannot be exchanged nor refunded
- Sales can be exchanged but not refunded
- We will charge 10€ if a pair is returned in a damaged or missing canvas shoe-bag or box.
- We ship via Colissimo and will send you a tracking number after your purchase has been shipped. PLEASE ALLOW US 48H after your order is placed to treat them and send you a tracking number.
- If you wish to receive your pair in EXPRESS, please contact us to arrange it and pay the extra cost necessary.
- For our international customers (outside of Europe) please ALWAYS ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER when you order a pair or it will add some delay to ship it.
- Please AVOID sending your returns with DHL, FEDEX, UPS or private forwarders (additional taxes could be requested) and use regular mail with a tracking number if possible for your returns.
